Pan fry diced onion in olive oil for a few minutes before adding the finely chopped garlic and grated ginger.

Mix in the curry paste.

Pour in stock, coconut milk and a squeeze of lime.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the gyozas to preference and then add to the soup.

Add to a bowl and top with fresh coriander, chilli, spring onions and extra lime.
