Thai red curry chicken dumpling soup... I absolutely love this recipe! 😍It takes less than 15 minutes and tastes gorgeous. Click save and share with somebody looking for healthier recipes.

    Pan fry diced onion in olive oil for a few minutes before adding the finely chopped garlic and grated ginger.

    Mix in the curry paste.

    Pour in stock, coconut milk and a squeeze of lime.

    Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Cook the gyozas to preference and then add to the soup.

  6. 6

    Add to a bowl and top with fresh coriander, chilli, spring onions and extra lime.
