Bangers and Mash Yorkshire Pudding Wrap

Ingredients

Sausages in Onion Gravy

Air fry/cook the sausages.

Slice the onions and pan fry until soft.

Add beef stock, cornstarch slurry, fresh thyme and black pepper.

Remove the thyme and add the cooked sausages.

Peel, cube, and boil the potatoes in salted water.

Drain, mash, then mix in milk, butter and salt.

Combine flour with eggs, salt, then whisk in the milk.

Add olive oil to an oven dish and heat for around 10-15 minutes until it’s piping hot.

Pour in the mixture and cook for 25 minutes at 200.

Do not open the oven door throughout.

Boil the peas and mix with mint sauce.

Slice the yorkshire pudding in half, add mash, peas, sausages and gravy.

Fold both sides tightly and wrap in foil.

Slice in half.
