Steak & Baked Potato Dinner with Jalapeno Cheese Sauce

    Roast the potatoes for 1 hour at 200.

    Finely chop coriander, parsley and chilli. Mix with apple cider vinegar.

    Grate the cheese. Add diced jalapenos to a frying pan, pour in milk, garlic, black pepper, and a cornstarch slurry. Slowly mix in the grated cheese and leave to thicken.

    Roast asparagus and tomatoes for 10 mins at 200.

    Season the steak and pan fry for 3 mins per side for medium rare.

    Top the potato with the jalapeno cheese sauce and steak with the fresh herbs.
