Sausages in a creamy garlic mushroom sauce with chive mash

    Cook the sausage in the grill/air fryer.

    Peel the potatoes, cube and boil in salted water. Drain, mash, add milk, butter, creme, salt, and fresh chives.

    Dice onion and mushrooms before pan frying in butter for several minutes. Add finely chopped garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Fry until brown and soft.

    Add chicken stock, cornstarch flurry, a splash of woster sauce, and the creme. Mix in finely chopped fresh parsley. Add the cooked sausages in.

    Top with extra fresh chives.
