    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Whip together the feta and cream cheese in a food processor.

    Slice 5 cuts into top of bagel, evenly spaced, making sure not to cut all the way through.

    Fill each pocket with some cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.

    Brush on some melted vegan butter and herbs.

    Sprinkle vegan cheese over top.

    Bake in preheated oven about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
