    Make the crust: combine 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/2 cup melted vegan butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Press into 8x8inch pan. Bake 325F for 10 mins.

    Make the filling: combine 2 apples, peeled & sliced, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp flour. Add to crust.

    Make the crumble: combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup melted vegan butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Crumble over apple layer & bake at 350F for 20-25 mins!
