    Prepare Ingredients: Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool. This helps prevent it from becoming mushy when fried.

    Chop the green onions into small pieces.

    Chop the octopus legs into bite-sized pieces.

    Peel and devein the shrimp.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

    Add the chopped green onions to the pan and sauté until they become fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

    Add the chopped octopus legs and shrimp to the pan with the green onions.

    Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
