    In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, eggs, and water. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

    Add the thinly sliced cabbage, chopped green onions, thinly sliced onion. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

    Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Add a little oil to coat the surface.

    Cover the bottom of the pan with bacon

    Pour a portion of the batter onto the pan, spreading it into a round shape with a spatula. The thickness should be about 1/2 to 3/4 inch.

    Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the bottom is set and golden brown.

    Carefully flip the okonomiyaki using a another plate. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the inside is cooked through.

    Drizzle some okonomiyaki sauce on the cooked side, then after 2-3mins, do the same thing for the other side.

    Transfer the cooked okonomiyaki to a plate.

    Drizzle some extra okonomiyaki sauce over the top.

    Add Japanese mayonnaise in zigzag lines across the surface.

    Sprinkle bonito flakes and aonori on top for extra flavor and texture.
