Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add a splash of olive oil to prevent sticking. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
- 2
While the pasta is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3
Add minced garlic and hot pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- 4
Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes start to soften and release their juices.
- 5
Add sliced olives to the skillet with the sauce. Stir well to combine.
- 6
Once the spaghetti is cooked al dente, add it directly to the skillet with the sauce. Toss well to coat the spaghetti evenly with the sauce.
- 7
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir again to incorporate.
- 8
Garnish the spaghetti with minced parsley leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
