    Once smooth, set it aside to cool.

    Whip the remaining 1 cup of cream until you get soft peaks.

    Save 1/2 cup of the whipped cream in the fridge for topping later!

    Fold the cooled chocolate mix into the whipped cream in three parts, keeping it light and fluffy with gentle swirls.
