Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Heat the oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken, season with Cajun seasoning and paprika, and cook for about 5 minutes, until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add the sausage to the same pot and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Bring to a simmer.

Add the fusilli pasta and diced tomatoes. Stir, cover, and let it cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes until the pasta is al dente.

Return the chicken to the pot and stir in Parmesan cheese. Let everything simmer together for 3-4 more minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.

Season with salt, pepper, and additional Cajun seasoning to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
