These peanuts & chocolate truffles are so hard to resist!

    Soak the dates for 10 minutes in hot water.

    Blend the peanuts, so they turn into a flour-like consistency.

    Transfer into a bowl.

  4. 4

    Drain the dates and puree them in the food processor.

  5. 5

    Add the blended peanuts, oat flour, the cacao powder and the hot water, and blend until well combined.

    Roll into balls.

  7. 7

    Roll them in the blended peanuts and put them in the fridge on a baking paper laid plate.

  8. 8

    After 1 hour they're ready.
