Nothing better than pancakes and fruits together!

    Mash the banana with a fork, beat the egg and mix all of the ingredients except for the garnishes.

    Heat a non-stick pan and using a spoon pour the batter to form little pancakes.

  3. 3

    Bake each side for 1 minute until they turn golden-brown.

  4. 4

    After making the stack of pancakes, add the fruits, the chocolate and the coconut shreddings.
