Banana Bread Pancakes with Chocolate Chunks and Yoghurt

    Prepare the pancake batter. Beat the egg, mash the banana with a fork and mix all of the ingredients except for the chocolate and garnishes.

    Heat a non-stick pan and using a spoon pour the batter to form little pancakes. Sprinkle some chocolate chunks on top and bake each side until they turn golden-brown.

    Transfer into a plate and pair with your favourite yoghurt and some banana coins. All done! Enjoy!
