Mixed together whole grain rolled oats, flaxseed, water/milk, and a pinch of salt, and cooked in the microwave until all the liquid was absorbed.

Mixed it together with cinnamon, cacao powder, honey, transferred it to a bowl and topped it with a raw coconut bar and fresh cherries.
