Cottage Cheese and Sautéed Apples Toast

    Chop the apple into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat a pan with coconut oil, then toast your sourdough on each side for 2-3 minutes.

    In the same pan, add more coconut oil and sauté the chopped apples over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Add cinnamon and vanilla extract.

    Cook the apples until they are tender but still slightly firm, about 5 minutes total.

    Spread cottage cheese on the toasted bread, top with the warm sautéed apples, and drizzle with honey. Add walnuts for extra crunch if you’d like.
