    Chop the apple into small pieces.

    Preheat a pan and add coconut oil.

    Sauté the apple over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add cinnamon, oats, and honey, then sauté for another 2 minutes.

    Add yogurt to a bowl, top with the warm apple & oat mixture, flax meal, hemp seeds, almond butter and granola. Enjoy!
