    Boil water for pasta in a large pot and add in 8 oz spaghetti.

    In a large pan on medium heat, sauté garlic and shallot in olive oil until fragrant and translucent.

    Add the sage, thyme and pumpkin spice, sauté for another few minutes.

    Add salt pepper, pumpkin puree and coconut cream. Mix well! Stir and simmer for 5 more minutes.

    Add the pasta to the sauce and add saved pasta water.

    Mix well with tongs and plate! Add vegan Parmesan cheese and more sage on top, enjoy besties!!
