    Preheat the oven to 400F.

    Pour and mix sauce ingredients in an oven-safe casserole dish.

    Add in the noodles, tofu, and vegetables.

    Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes until sauce is absorbed and noodles are cooked! (Don’t overcook it will get mushy!)

    Add garnish.
