    Add pesto to the chicken and fold the ham around the chicken.

    Bake the chicken breasts on a baking tray in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.

    In a bowl, add baby spinach, avoacado, cucumbers, potatoes, corn, dried tomato, feta cheese, olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. Toss around.

    Top the salad with sliced chicken breast and drizzle with Caesar salad dressing.

    Sprinkle with pistachio nuts, feta cheese and a bit of dried chilli flakes. Enjoy!
