Creamy Pesto & Tenderloin Pasta with Parmesan and Pine Nuts

    To a pan, add a bit of olive oil, and fry garlic, fresh chilli, onion and chilli flakes, salt and pepper for 1 minute.

    Then add tenderloin. Fry until pork is almost tender. Then add carrots, dried tomato, bell pepper, edamame beans and corn. Let it simmer until tenderloin is tender.

    Add pesto and cream. And let it simmer for about 4 minutes.

    Add the pasta to a plate and then add the tenderloin sauce on top.

    Sprinkle with a little extra grated parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts.
