This salad is so tasty and good filling. You could also add some roasted chicken or chickpeas.

    In a bowl mix edamame beans, cabbage, avocado, arugula salad, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together.

    Then sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and crumbled feta cheese.
