BBQ SALMON bowl
A crispy, tasty, and easy-to-make recipe for a spring-inspired salmon bowl

Mix spices, honey, olive oil and a bit of salt. Add the paste to the salmon.

Bake the salmon on a baking tray in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes.

In a bowl add chopped avocado, mango, spring onions and a bit of fresh lime juice. Toss around.

Add rice, salmon and salad to a Bowl.

Top the salad with chopped pistachios, spring onions and dried CHILLI powder. Enjoy!
Notes
You can add a creamy CHILLI or miso dressing on top. And maybe some crisp cucumbers also on the side.
