Homemade Granola
This granola is so crunchy and perfect if you want to make a big portion to eat for breakfast throughout the week.

Mix all ingredients on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes at 175 degrees.

Fry banana in some coconut oil on a pan for a couple of minutes.

Serve the granola on top of Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt. Add banana and dark chocolate. Sprinkle with raspberry.
