Empty the Fridge Fried Rice with Teriyaki, Eggs and Parmesan Cheese

A perfect dish to use up the vegetables in the fridge that are just about to get too old.

    Finely chop all vegetables. Fry them in a pan with oil together with salt and pepper. When they are golden, add eggs and parmesan and stir.

    Then add the Teriyaki sauce and rice and fry for a few more minutes.

    Serve with chilli sauce.
