Crispy Sage and Garlic Potatoes with Spicy Feta and Mascarpone Cream
This is a perfect side dish with a bit of an untraditional touch!

In a bowl, mix potatoes, olive oil, garlic, chilli, chilli flakes, sage, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes to a baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degree celsius for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender and a bit golden brown.

Blend feta cheese, mascarpone, garlic, lemon juice, fresh chili, ground pepper and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until consistency is smooth.

Once the potatoes are done. Add the mascarpone cream on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with Macademia nuts. Garnish with a bit of fresh sage for presentation. Eat immediately.
