    Mash the banana with a fork until it becomes a purée.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

  3. 3

    Pour 2-3 tbsp of the batter to make 1 small pancake. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

    Flip the pancakes over as soon as the first side is cooked and easily comes out with a spatula (~1 minute).

  5. 5

    Cook the other side, it should take ~30 secs.

  6. 6

    Serve with your favourite toppings.


Notes

Toppings: yoghurt, cacao nibs, peanut butter.
