    Preheat your oven to 150°C (or air fryer)

    Thinly slice the apple using a mandoline or sharp knife for even, thin slices.

  3. 3

    Add the sliced apples to a bowl along with coconut oil and cinnamon, mix gently until the apples are evenly coated.

    Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven for 50mins OR Air fryer at 150C for 15-20 mins

    Flip the apple slices half way through.

  7. 7

    Let them cool down so they will further dry out but consume straight away for a crispier result.


Notes

The day after will be as tasty but they soften if not consumed straight away
