Smoked Salmon Pasta with Rosé

    Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic clove, cook over low heat until golden.

    Add smoked salmon and cook for 2-3 mins until turned pink, pour in splash of Rosé and cook until evaporated.

    Pour in Passata, season well and simmer for 10 mins. Add a little pasta water & stir in sugar. Remove garlic clove.

    Pour in cream and simmer until thickened for a couple of minutes. Add basil.

    Add in pasta, combine and serve with basil on top.
