Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a large bowl.

Stir in peanut butter and mix in rice crispies.

Spoon into silicone moulds or use muffin cases, add more peanut butter on top and put in freezer until set.

Store in fridge and enjoy.
Notes
For a healthier version, use dark chocolate and quinoa pops.
