In 3 separate bowls add flour, egg & crushed cornflakes.

Add Spice Bag seasoning to cornflakes and a tsp to the flour.

Dip chicken in flour, egg and cornflakes, cook in Airfryer for 15 mins @180C! Spray with spray oil and then turn half way if needed.

Mix mayonnaise & curry sauce together.

Serve chicken in a toasted brioche bun with the lettuce and curry mayonnaise.
