Directions

    Add chicken to a large bowl, season well and add marinade ingredients, leave to marinade for at least 30mins if you can.

    Add chickpeas to a bowl, season, sprinkle with paprika, add lemon and olive oil. Cook in Airfryer @180C for 6-8 mins depending on airfyer. Remove and set aside.

    Cook chicken in Airfyer @200C for 12-15 mins or cook on frying pan.

    Chop salad ingredients as small as you can, mix in a bowl with vinegar and olive oil.

  5. 5

    Serve chicken with rice, salad, pickles, pickled onion, Kimchi.
