An easy dairy-free treat anytime you need a little refreshing pick me up and filled with some healthier ingredients + benefits.

    Preheat oven to 350. Dump coconut flakes on a parchment paper lined pan + bake for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown + toasted. Remove from oven + set aside.

    Add the chocolate chips + coconut oil in a small dish and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Set aside.

    In a blender, add coconut milk, Blendtopia coffee packets, collagen protein powder + ice. Blend until smooth.

    Take 2 glasses, flip them upside down and rim them first with honey then w the toasted coconut. Pour the frozen mocha mixture into the glasses.

    Top with coconut whip + a drizzle of the melted chocolate. Enjoy immediately!
