remove the pits and heat the dates up about 30 secs until the warm. set aside.

place half of the tofu in a blender or food processor with vanilla + salt. blend until smooth.

then add dates, tahini, cocoa powder, + remaining tofu and blend until creamy and smooth.

divide up mixture into 4 ramekins and enjoy immediately or refrigerate an hour for a thicker texture.

top with toasted sesame seeds + cacao nibs right before serving and enjoy!
