Boating the Buffalo Chicken

    Pull the meat off the rotisserie chicken and shred.

    Place in a large bowl and set aside.

    Chop the celery and add to the chicken with the Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning + buffalo sauce.

    Mix well.

    Wash the cucumbers and slice in half lengthwise.

    Scoop out the seeds with a small spoon.

  7. 7

    Stuff with the chicken salad.

  8. 8

    Drizzle extra hot sauce, sprinkle with green onion + enjoy.
