    bring butter to room temp and in a medium mixing bowl, combine w salt + grated truffle well with a wooden spoon.

    spoon mixture onto parchment paper and shape into a cylinder shape (or shape or your liking).

    refrigerate for an hour, enjoy batch immediately or all the time on everything :)
