Trout Tomato Orzo
A super easy and simple fish pasta recipe

Boil your orzo

Spray a pan with fry light and add the garlic to the pan. Let this get fragrant then fry off the trout for roughly 8 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the heat.

Add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree to the pan, along with the paprika, oregano, sage,chilli flake and lemon juice. Simmer this over low / medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Add the spinach and let this welt.

Once the orzo has cooked add this to the tomato sauce and add in the padano. Save a sprinkle for the top of the fish.

Serve this dish by adding the trout and sprinkling it with padano.
