Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pasta

Dice up a chicken breast and season with ranch seasoning. Then spray a pan with fry light and seal the chicken,

Meanwhile, boil your pasta and chop up your veggies.

Once the chicken is golden, add the veggies and cook on a medium / low heat until softened (whilst waiting for pasta to cook).

Add soft cheese to the chicken and 5ml of the buffalo sauce - combine it all.

Drain and reserve some of your pasta water. Then add the cooked pasta, greek yoghurt and a little bit of the pasta water. Stir this and combine. I then slowly added in more buffalo sauce until I got to my liking.

Sprinkle it with mozzarella and allow this to melt in.
