Bbq Jerk Pulled Beef Jacket Potato
A healthy recipe that is simple to make when you get in from a day at work.

In a slow cooker add your beef ingredients minus the bbq sauce. I leave on low for 8 hours whilst at work.

Once ready to make dinner, add potato to the microwave for 10 minutes to soften then spray with butter fry light and pop in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes on 240c.

Meanwhile, drain beef from any liquid, shred it and combine with bbq sauce.

Plate up your salad and add the jacket potato topping it with beef and cheese. I then like to pop back in the microwave or air fryer for 30 seconds to melt cheese.
