Bbq Shredded High Protein Flatbread
This meal is packed with flavour and is giving yummy but will leave you full.

In a slow cooker add the ingredients listed for shredded chicken. Save 30ml of BBQ sauce after you’ve made the shredded chicken and keep on a low heat for 8 hours or a high heat for 4-5 hours. After this time shredded your chicken. If excessive liquid, drain it from the slow cooker.

In a pan gently fry off your red pepper and red onion. Once these have softened add remaining bbq sauce and shredded chicken to the pan gently combine and warm through.

Pop your flatbread in a pan, coat it in 20 ml of chipotle bbq sauce, then add the chicken mixture, 10g mozzarella and fry in the pan until melted. Alternatively you can pop these in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 200c to allow the cheese to melt.

Repeat until you have cooked your required amount
