Cheesy Chilli Beef Pasta

Boil your rigatoni as per instructions. Make sure to reserve some pasta water.

Add a little chilli oil to a pan. Then add the beef mince and fry until browned off.

Add the carrot, red onion and chilli seasoning - continue to fry for a further 5 minutes over a medium heat to allow the veggies to soften.

Add the soft cream cheese and a dash of pasta water. Stir this together.

Then add the tomato puree and again combine together and allow it to thicken up.

Once thickened add in the cooked pasta and mix it in.

Then add in 10g cheese and allow it to melt.

Serve with more cheese melted on top, chillies, spring onion and a little sprinkle of chilli flakes & parsley.
