Trout Nourish Bowl
This fish nourish bowl is going to leave you feeling full and it is super easy to make in the evening.

Remove the skin and cut your trout into small chunks. Then coat this in chilli jam and pop in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 200c.

Meanwhile begin to fill your bowl with the remaining ingredients minus the drizzle and sesame seeds.

Add the cooked trout to the bowl.

Top with the drizzle and sesame seeds.
