Quick and Simple Chicken Platter
This is an easy healthy meal to go to when you want something simple but fresh.

Marinade 200g of your chicken in the thai seasoning and coconut milk. I left this for 8 hours in the fridge whilst I went to work.

After those hours, grill your chicken and season the remaining chicken with the paprika. I liked to have a mix of chicken flavours. You do not have to do this.

Whilst your chicken is cooking, dice up your veggies. I also combined lime juice, cucumber and tomato together with a sprinkle of coriander to make it a little less boring.

Plate everything up when ready and drizzle with the honey sriracha
