A quick and easy meal that is low in carbs but high in protein

    Add fry light, ginger and garlic to a pan and let that get fragrant. Then begin to fry your chicken until golden and sealed.

    Once chicken is sealed add the chopped tomatoes, pepper, cream alternative and tikka masala seasoning to the pan. Leave this on simmer for 10 minutes.

    In a small pan add the butter and let it melt, then fry off your onion.

    Plate up your meal layering the chicken on top of the cooked onions. Add your cheese. I then popped this in the oven so that it could melt.
