    Pop your chicken in the air fryer as per instructions.

    Meanwhile dice up your veggies. Spray a pan with fry light, add veggies to a pan and cook until softened and add the soy sauce.

    After a few minutes, add your sweet and sour sauce. Once chicken is cooked add this in.

    Microwave your rice and pop it in a bowl.

    Serve it all up with prawn crackers.
