Garlic Steak & Asparagus Pasta
This pasta recipe is giving me summer vibes - it will be the perfect go to recipe when we have a little bit of sun! It’s nice and healthy too.

Cook your pasta according to the instructions - once cooked, drain it and leave it to one side.

Chop your asparagus into chunks and boil for 5 minutes.

Season your steak with pepper and then fry off the steak to your desired liking. Once cooked leave to sit for a few minutes and then chop into thin slices.

Combine garlic mayo, greek yoghurt and 8g of the padano - the sauce

Add your steak, pasta and asparagus to the sauce.

Serve with remaining padano and black pepper
