Microwave the jacket potato for 5-8 minutes. Then, put it in the air fryer on 240c for 10 minutes to get it really crispy.

Dice the chicken breast into small chunks and season it with garlic granules. Fry over medium heat until golden.

Add the chicken stock and soft light cream cheese to the pan. Stir to combine, reduce heat to low, and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Add the spinach to the pan and keep over heat until it has wilted.
