Chicken Italian Sausage Pasta

Boil your pasta according to the instructions.

Shred the chicken sausages in a pan using a fork and then cook until golden.

Add the garlic puree and veggies to the chicken sausage and fry over a medium heat until the veggies are soft.

Once the veggies have softened, add cream and whole grain mustard. Stir and combine. You can add a dash of water if needed too at this point.

Add in your cooked pasta and spinach. Let the spinach wilt and then add the cream cheese. Stir this in to make it creamy.

Serve it with some parmesan/padano cheese
Notes
Note I would reduce the pasta quantity next time I make this.
