    In a bowl add yogurt and sugar mix well.

    In another mixing bowl, add the boiled chickpeas, chopped onion, tomato, boiled potatoes, green chilli, and coriander leaves. Add salt, red chili flakes, Chaat masala, yogurt mix well.

    Add the tamarind chutney and mint chutney to the bowl and mix well.

    Transfer the chaat to the serving bowl and garnish with papri, tamarind and mint chutney, Thinly sliced onions, coriander leaves and Chaat masala.
