    Combine the mashed potatoes, grated cheese, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt in a mixing bowl.

    Mix everything well to form a uniform mixture.

    Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round or oval tikkis.

    Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.

    Once the oil is hot, carefully place the tikkis into the pan.

    Cook them on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.

    Remove the tikkis from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
